Bishu Foundation is a Section 8 nonprofit organization registered under the Companies Act, Government of India, and headquartered in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We are dedicated to empowering youth and women through inclusive, sustainable, and community-driven development initiatives.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that empowerment begins with opportunity—and that sustainable transformation is only possible when communities themselves are at the heart of the process. We aim to build resilient societies by equipping individuals with the skills, resources, and platforms they need to thrive.

Through a holistic approach to development, we work across interlinked areas such as livelihood promotion, entrepreneurship, Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), and Self-Help Groups (SHGs). We strive to bridge social and economic divides, foster innovation, and create local solutions that honor cultural values and community ownership.

Each member contributes unique expertise in fields like rural development, women’s empowerment, agriculture, education, and organizational management. The management body regularly reviews program performance, engages with stakeholders, and ensures that all initiatives align with our mission of holistic and community-centric development in Jharkhand and beyond.
